**Warm-up** (2-3): non-leading, get them talking
**Past behavior** (5-6): what they did, not what they would do
**Current pain** (3-4): probe for emotion + frequency
**Solution exploration** (2-3): only at the end, never lead
For each question add a 1-line "why we ask" comment.

- No solution validation in the warm-up.
