These terms govern your use of 7BusyBoss (“the Service”), operated by 7BusyBoss (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
1. What you can do
- Use the calculators, converters and AI tools for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge during beta.
- Create an account, post in the community, and propose upgrades to existing tools.
- Build new tools with the AI generator subject to daily rate limits (currently 2 generations per visitor per day).
2. What you can't do
- Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or anything that violates a third party's rights.
- Post content that's defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or designed to deceive other users.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data at scale, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with other users.
- Use the AI tool generator to produce content that violates the model providers' policies (no CSAM, illegal weapons design, etc.).
- Resell or rebrand the Service as your own.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice if the violation is severe.
3. Accuracy of tools — important
The calculators, converters and AI-generated content on 7BusyBoss are provided as-is, for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, medical, tax or professional advice.
- Trading tools (position size, R:R, Kelly, Black-Scholes, etc.) use standard formulas but rely on inputs you provide. Real markets behave unpredictably. Past performance does not predict future returns.
- Tax and loan calculators use generally-accepted formulas. Final values depend on your jurisdiction, lender and specific situation. Verify with a qualified professional before acting on any output.
- Health calculators (BMI, TDEE, macro) are rough estimates — consult a doctor or registered dietitian for actual health decisions.
- AI-generated tools and content can contain errors. Verify outputs before relying on them.
You assume all risk of using outputs from this Service. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. User-generated content
When you post a community message, propose an upgrade, or build a tool with the AI generator:
- You retain ownership of the content you create.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the Service.
- You confirm you have the right to post it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
- We may remove, hide or edit any content at our discretion for any reason — usually because it violates Section 2.
5. Creator earnings (where applicable)
- Some actions (tool approval, upgrade contribution, upvote milestones) credit INR earnings to your account.
- Earnings are tracked in your dashboard. Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Payouts are processed manually to the UPI ID or email you provide.
- We can revoke earnings for fraud, gaming votes, plagiarism, or other violations of Section 2.
- Tax on earnings is your responsibility.
6. Payments and subscriptions
The Service is free during beta. When paid Premium tiers launch we'll update these terms to cover billing. You'll be notified before any charge.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but we make no guarantees. We can change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we'll notify users in advance for material changes.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of ₹0 (during beta) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including our code, design and brand, is owned by us. Third-party trademarks (e.g. Binance, Coinbase, Google) used to identify their services belong to their respective owners and don't imply endorsement of 7BusyBoss.

11. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms we'll update the “Last updated” date and notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India, unless local consumer law gives you stronger protection elsewhere.
