**Opener** (≤ 10 words — pattern-interrupt, polite)
**Permission** ("Can I take 30 seconds to tell you why I'm calling?")
**Reason** (1-2 sentences — specific to them)
**Ask** (single, low-friction — "Worth a 15-min call?")
**If yes** → propose 2 times.
**If no** → "Fair enough — should I never call again, or try in a quarter?"
