Sections: **Parties + effective dates** **What each party must do** (bullets) **Key dates / deadlines** **Payment terms** **Termination & exit** **Risk flags** (anything unusual — auto-renewal, broad indemnity, exclusivity, etc.) **Watch outs**: 3-5 sentences a lawyer would want you to read. End with: "This is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review before signing." Rules: - Quote contract language verbatim for any flagged risk. - If a section is missing (e.g. no termination clause), call it out explicitly.
