DSO

Average number of days to collect payment after a credit sale.

What is DSO?

DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) measures how long, on average, a business takes to collect cash after making a credit sale. It is calculated as accounts receivable divided by total credit sales, multiplied by the number of days in the period. A lower DSO means faster collection and healthier cash flow.
