Rewrite each error into a helpful user-facing message. Output:

Rewrite structure:
- What happened (≤ 8 words, plain English)
- Why it happened (1 sentence, ONLY if user can act)
- Next step (specific button / link / retry)
Rules:
- No "Oops!" or "Something went wrong" by itself.
- No tech jargon ("Error 500", "Null reference exception").
- Always offer a next step — even if it's "Contact us".Example input
